Wing foil lessons
What is wing surfing and wing foiling?
This sport is easily accessible for all ages and abilities, and you can take it as far as you want to go. Use the wing with a stand-up-paddleboard (SUP) fitted with a centreboard for a huge amount of fun getting about on the water with very little training needed. Or take it further and pair the wing with a foil and feel like you are flying over the water. Learn to wing surf and wing foil with us!

Wing foil or wing surf?
Whether you want to continue wing surfing with a SUP or want to progress onto the foil, you will need to start with an introductory session where we introduce the wing, how it handles, and getting started on the water. We also cover safety elements and talk about how to assess the weather, wind, tide and location relevant to wing surfing.
That may be enough for you to go it alone and wing SUP with confidence, or you might want another SUP foil session or two to build your confidence and skills, or to just have some more fun on our equipment without having to invest in your own. If foiling is your objective, you will probably be ready to start learning with the foil after your first introductory session.
Buy a wing foiling gift voucher!
The perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day or just to say I love you. Buy a voucher for one of our wing surf or foil courses, or choose a value amount to put towards any course.
What to bring
All equipment is provided including wetsuits and safety gear. But if you have your own, bring wetsuit and booties. You then just need to bring your swimming gear to wear under the wetsuit, a towel, some warm clothes and sunscreen, etc. Everything you would expect for a day at a Great British beach, depending on the weather. Something to eat and drink would be good for some extra energy and in case you end up drinking some salt water!
Where to come
We meet at our wing foiling spot at Meon Shore, Hill Head. It’s right opposite the Isle of Wight and we get the wind funnelling through the gap between the island and the mainland, straight onto our beach. Which means we get more wind than the rest of the south coast.

Fair cancellation policy
If you cancel your booked session and we can fill your place we will refund your deposit or rebook your date. If we can’t fill your place and have previously turned other students away because of your booking, you may forfeit your deposit. If the wind doesn’t blow, or blows too much to be safe to teach, we will postpone your lesson to another day that suits you. If you can’t come back, we will refund any unused lesson time.
No wind no pay
If there is no wind or too much wind on the day of your course we will rebook a time that suits you or refund any unused lesson time if you can’t come back. You will never lose any lesson time. We believe you should get real value from your lessons, so if the conditions mean you are not going to progress or get the most out of your session, we won’t waste your time and charge you for it.
We ask you to call the night before or the morning of your lesson to check conditions. This will save you a wasted journey if you have a long way to travel, and the wind is not going to be good. We will then rebook to another time.
